We’ve all seen viral videos of cars disappearing down a sink hole in the middle of a road, but a woman hanging out her washing!
A woman disappeared down a sink hole that appeared under here feet as she was hanging out her washing in Australia.
Fire fighter rescued the woman from a three meter ‘water filled’ hole.
Stephanie Palamberis an Australian paramedic told an ABC reporter at one point the woman’s head was under water
“The woman told us she was hanging washing out in the backyard at about 11.30am when the ground gave way,”
“She fell with the dirt and mud, dropping about three meters and landing in waist-deep water.” she said.
The woman was recovered uninjured. Springvale residents were told to stay indoors until engineers investigate the cause of the unexpected sink-hole.
That didn’t sound fun at all!
