Been Sudanese national and spouse to British national currently suspended from my civil service job after one month under the Freedom of movement Act to realised that unless my British partner lived & work within EU zone I will not be eligible to work for the CS. However any spouse of EU , Swiss & Turkish national are allowed what ever their spouse nationality….Are you agree with such interpretation of the act.. your views of important to me and feel free for any info.
